The party will go on all day long with a special Breakfast menu, some regional dishes from Burgundy served during lunch and dinner, and of course, endless glasses of the fragrant Beaujolais nouveau! To give you a taste of the day, here are what will be served: Breakfast “A la Francaise” - from 8.30am till 10.30pm - £18.95 per person ∙ Fried eggs, smoked Morteau sausage, marinated girolle mushrooms, pan-fried lard (French bacon), sautéed spinach, toasted sourdough Or Vegetarian galette (buckwheat savoury crepe) with bleu d’Auvergne cheese, walnut, honey, green leaves and raw beetroot ∙ Assorted mini viennoiseries (croissant, pain au chocolat, pain aux raisins) ∙ Tea or Coffee ∙ 1 glass of Beaujolais Nouveau Plat du jour for lunch - £12.00 (or £15.00 with a glass of Beaujolais Nouveau) ∙ Coq au vin Special Beaujolais Dinner Menu at £30.00 pounds

Oeuf en meurette Poached egg accompanied by a “meurette” sauce (made up of red wine, bacon, onions and shallots browned in butter) toasted garlic bread
